Penn-Hale, Barbara Y. Bradburn, John I. Penn, Jimmie M. Penn and Richard A. Penn; his goddaughter Brianna Daniels; and his nephews, Ronnie and Mekih Edwards. He is also survived by nieces, and other relatives and friends.
