He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son William (Sue) of Midlothian, Virginia; his grandchildren, Madison Bolls (Nick Juliano) of Washington, DC and Martin Bolls (Stefanie); his great grandchildren, Silas and Bodhi Bolls of Jarrettsville, MD; and his sister Sue B. Warner of Huntington Beach, CA..
