Milby and Eloise Milby Shaver; his sons, Joseph Warren Milby, Jr. (Helen) of Washington, D. C. and John Kevin Milby (Anne) of Urbanna; and his granddaughters, Sarah, Kate Milby of Washington, D. C. and Known.
