He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Eubank and William Eubank; and his siblings, James K. Eubank, Douglas W. Eubank (Carol), Caroline Christensen (Robert) and Jean Christopher.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Eubank; his son Alan Eubank; and his brother Robert Eubank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
