He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Stiltner and Laura Potter Stiltner; his wife Edith Vance; and his siblings, Maggie Wallace, Della Stiltner, Birchie Stiltner, Myrtle Stiltner, Noah Stiltner, Vernon Stiltner, Roscoe Stiltner and Grant Stiltner.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Reynolds of Grundy, Virginia, Patty Taylor of Marion, Linda Deel of Oakwood, Wayne Stiltner of Vansant and Matthew Vance (Jessica) of Oakwood. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
