He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Fletcher Hale; his stepfather Clayton Hale of Rowe, VA; his wife Marcella Hope Looney Cook of Richlands, VA; his children, Mikala Leigh Cook of Radford, VA, Tristin Looney (Cheyanne Hutson) of Richlands, VA, Jaysen Cael Cook of Richlands, VA, Draven Gage Cook of Richlands, VA and Tyler Austin Cook of Grundy, VA; his siblings, Cynthia Lynn Hodge of Salem, VA, Kathy Denise Blankenship of Vansant, VA and Gregory Lawrence Cook of Vansant, VA; and his grandchild Ashton Bailey Hutson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
