She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Edward; her husband Sheldon P. Woods; and her siblings, Ellen Ruth McClanahan and Christopher Stiltner. She is survived by: her children, Cara Woods Savage of Summerville, SC and Matthew (Tasha Woods); her siblings-in-law, Cathy Allen of Roanoke, VA, Leon Woods of El Paso, TX and Scott Sollien of Vansant, VA; her grandchildren, Vayda Rife of Rural Retreat, VA, Caleb Lucas Van Winkle of Summerville, SC, Tyler Chase Van Winkle of Grayville, IL, Abigail Savage of Summerville, SC, Max and Rylan Van Winkle of Grayville, IL.; her siblings, Phyllis Houck of Grundy, VA, Judy Ramirez of Tampa, FL, Stewart Stiltner of Grundy, VA, Steve (Georgia Stiltner) of Grundy, VA, Shirley (Wesley Ratliff) of Grundy, VA, Della Carter of Grundy, VA, Harriet (Buck Stevens) of Grundy, VA, Daniel (Brenda Stiltner) of Falls Mills, VA and Patricia Imel of Bluefield, WV; and her sister-in-law Ingrid Stiltner of Grundy, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vansant Baptist Church (1471 Lovers Gap Rd, Vansant, VA 24656). A burial was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Frank Stiltner Cemetery.
