He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Millner and Lottie Montgomery Clay Millner; his grandson Preston Millner; and his siblings, Willie Clay, Johnnie Clay, Junior Clay, Silas Clay, Charlie Clay of Earl Clay, J. T, Owen Clay, Viola Crews, Virginia Shipp, Enolia Johnson, Pokie Bliss, Florine Clay Simpson and Joyce Millner Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly M. Sparks (Billy) of Sutherlin, VA and Tony Millner of Vernon Hill; and his grandchildren, Cody Sparks (Magin), Casey Sparks, Chris Sparks (Amber) and Justin Millner (Katie). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.
