She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex (Clotielde Harriette Hawkins Spiece) and Sharon; and her sisters, Crystal Paige Spiece Briggs and Betty Lou Spiece Lee. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mark Phibbs, Sr.; her daughter Robyn Kimberley Bennett Nevins; her stepsons, Charles Mark Phibbs, Jr. and Steven Paul Phibbs; her grandchildren, Kelly Neel, Rachel Spring, Caroline Nevins, Ariel Knott, Carrie Phibbs and Sarah Grace Phibbs; and her great grandchildren, Jake Neel, Emily Neel, Rosslyn Knott, Kohen Knott, Josiah Knott, Bentley Howard and Olivia Farris.
