He was predeceased by: his parents, Gussie Mullins and Thelma Rose Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Jacque Buchanan Mullins; his children, Joe Mullins (Kathy) and Cameron M. Pratt (Donnie); his grandchildren, Marlow, Billy and Chloe; his great grandchild Ruby; and his siblings, Kenneth Mullins, Gregory Mullins (Kathy) and Julia Ann Powers (Danny).
