He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Richard Slaughter and Helen Inez Smith Slaughter; and his brother Michael David Slaughter. He is survived by: his brother Harold W. Slaughter (Barbara). He is also survived by his nieces; grand nieces, grand nephews, extended family.
