She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Newell Hyer and Louie Hyer; and her pet Max. She is survived by: her husband Tom Perkins; her children, Jennifer Tingle (Brent) of Charlotte, NC and Jeffrey Perkins (Whitney) of Trabuco Canyon, CA; her brother Robert Hyer of Lillian, AL; her stepsisters, Ina Dickerson of Gulf Breeze, FL and Linda Murphy of Pensacola, FL; and her grandchildren, Ella Tingle, Kingston Perkins and Mariah Perkins. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
