With sadness, we share the passing of Delbert L. Ashkettle of Vienna, Virginia. Delbert, born on October 12, 1942, passed away on June 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ashkettle and Kathleen Ashkettle (Vernon); his wife Linda Howell; and his parents-in-law, Roy "Toady" and Juanita "Jean" Howell.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Ashkettle (Tammy), Richard Ashkettle (Becky) and Melinda Hilling (Eric); his brothers, Phillip Ashkettle (Sandy) and Russell Ashkettle (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Bill Uebel. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
