Lynch; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Quinn Stewart; his brother Richard Heath; his sisters-in-law, Susan Hite and Dixie Heath; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Satterlee (Chad), Ronald Heath Jr. (Kim), Pamela Schnell (Terry Drennen), Teresa Ridgeway, John Heath (Carolyn) and Donald Heath (Heather); his great-niece Samantha Semanek (Nick); his pet Lulu; his caregiver Barb Hite; Skylar Semanek.
