With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Carroll of Vienna, Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert L. Carroll, Sr. and Margaret Matthews; his wife Carol; his daughters, Blakely, Cayley and Meyra; and his grandchildren, Drew and Connor.
