He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Akins Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Annette Kelly Akins; his children, Roger Antonio (Jasmine Rene Antoinette) and Jasmine Lynch; his granddaughter Jolene Lynch; and his siblings, Robert L Akins Jr., Robina L Walker, Rolandra L Akins-Covington, Ronald L Akins, Rosella L Akins-Martin and Tomara Morgan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
