She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Cook; her son Ronald Gene Cook; her son-in-law Norman Layne Pugh; and her parents, Betty Weddle and Nerve Weddle.
She is survived by: her grandson Bill; her children, Cindy Pugh, William Cook (Donna), Charlie Cook (Sharon), Connie Beheler (Jerrald) and Karen Zimmerman (David); her grandson Christopher William Cook; her siblings, Nancy Kerns and Joe Weddle; and her brother-in-law Cyril Cook. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to Carilion Clinic Home Hospice, American Heart Association, or the Cancer Awareness Foundation.
