She is survived by: her children, Mark Frederick Jervis (Lisa), Amy Jervis Gober (Tom) and Matthew David Jervis (Sarin); her grandchildren, Emily Jervis Long, Daniel Kyle Jervis, Beckett James Jervis and Simone Martina Jervis; her great grandchild Colter Stanley Long; and her child Carmenette.
