He was predeceased by: his parents, Ejnir Arthur Johnson and Lillian Elizabeth Smith Johnson. He is survived by: his significant other Teta Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the any of the charities closest to Chuck and Teta's hearts, which they have supported together over the years including: Samaritan's Purse, Wounded Warriors, Village of Hope, Salvation Army, or the local Rescue Mission, Rescue Squad or Veteran's association and Vinton Baptist Church.
