He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. and Mary P. Blevins; and his wife Patricia H. Blevins. He is survived by: his sons, Brian W. Blevins (Lori) and Eric W. Blevins (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jacob W., Natalie M. and Logan W. Blevins; his sister Bonnie B. Baker (Doug); his friend Jay Shifflet; and his close friend Terry W. Ramsey.
