She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry P. Mills and Minnie Conner Mills; her husband Wayne F. Wagner; and her brothers, Frank Mills and Page Mills.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane W. Taylor; her grandsons, Michael Quesenberry (Ashley), Brandon Taylor (Danielle), Jordan Taylor (Grace) and Devin Taylor; her cousins, Brenda Davis (Stan), Jeff Mills, Randy Jones (Wade), Sarah Jones, Sue Draper (Don) and Rose Sweeney; and her close friend Carmilla Tyree. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Angels of Assisi, 415 Campbell Ave., SW, Roanoke, VA 24016.
