He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Spradlin and Edith J. Spradlin. He is survived by: his close friend Jenny Shell; his brother Lynn Spradlin (Kathy); his children, Lesa Gordon (W. B.), Lester Spradlin (Martha) and Leslie Spradlin (Dawn); his grandchildren, Jamie, Justin, Chelsea, Alyssa, Katelyn and Sarah; and his great grandchild Hollynn Rae.
