He was predeceased by: his son Daniel J. Cromwell; his father Eliab "Floyd" Cromwell; and his brother Robert L. Cromwell. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Clevenger and Zachary Cromwell (Desiray); his grandchildren, Jackson Cromwell, Stephen Mageo-Clevenger and Remington Cromwell; his mother Barbara Cromwell; his siblings, Debra Cregger (Mark), Roger Cromwell (Alice) and David Cromwell (Amy); and his grandson Danny. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019).
