She is survived by: her significant other Wayne Hayslett; her daughter Bobbie; her stepchildren, Teena Muse and Justin Hayslett; her grandchildren, Christian, Laney Hutchens, Colin Hayslett, Phillip Muse, Alec Manning and Autumn Hayslett; her sister Ann Duncan; her sisters-in-law, Sheila Davis, Elaine Davis, Pam Davis and Patty Davis; her nephew Jeff Leonard; her parents-in-law, Juanita and Charles Hayslett; and her brothers-in-law, Eddie Hayslett, Greg Hayslett, Ronnie Hayslett and Billy Duncan.
