He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Swisher and Augusta Swisher; his daughter Deborah Lynn Swisher; and his siblings, Kathleen Clark, Margie Lishon and Earl Swisher.
He is survived by: his wife Jean W. Swisher; his son David Swisher (LouAnn); and his caregivers, Mike Divers and Dona Whitfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and two special friends.
