He is survived by: his wife Patty Gray; his children, Cristy Gray Boothe (Todd), Katie Bittinger and Alison Pendry; his grandchildren, Tyler Boothe (Madison), Dustin Boothe (Danielle), Kadance Bittinger, Griffin Bittinger and Lenox Pendry; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Cooper and Haisleigh; his sister Joyce Cullop (Tommy); his niece Heather Staley (Nathan); his great-niece Emma; his great-nephew Reid; and his pet Bernie. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
