He is survived by: his wife Janet McClanahan McMahon; his brothers, Larry McMahon (Miriam) and Thom McMahon (Martha); his niece Sara McMahon Bidgood (Jason); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Claire and Jane; his niece Sharon McClanahan Mullins (Anthony); his nephew Mitchell Van Dyke; his great-nephew Alex; his nephew Ryan McClanahan (Mary Beth); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery and Emma; his nephew Matthew McMahon (Amber); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie and Cameron; his sister-in-law Charlene Lutes; Jordan Randolph.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Scruggs Volunteer Fire and Rescue or the American Red Cross.
