She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Thomas Owen and Ola Mae "Dolly" Owen; her husband Hugh Edward Johnson; and her siblings, Donald Thomas Owen, Glenn Payton Owen, Mary Owen Minter, Louellen Owen Nichols and Martha Owen Wilhelm.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Thomas Johnson (Anne), Melinda Johnson Parker (Greg) and Paul Jason Johnson (Naomi); and her grandchildren, JJ, Christopher, Rea, Morgan, Eli, Adele and Seth.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Free Will Baptist Church of Roanoke in Georgie's memory.
