She is survived by: her grandson Noah Matthew Webb; her husband John William England; her son Brandon Matthew Webb (Kala); and her mother Terrie Webb.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Heather's name to the Tri-State Baptist Children's Home in Bristol, TN.
