He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his friend Sandra Cooper; his son-in-law William Sowers (Bill); and his grandson Brian Sowers. He is survived by: his sister Sarah Beach; his daughters, Vanessa, Lisa (Randy) and Rhoda (John); his grandchildren, Chris (Justine), Stacy (Jes), Chelsea (Josh) and Madison (Chance); and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Kennedy, Claire and Will. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Jack may be made to the Vinton Breakfast Lions Club, S. Wallace Cundiff Scholarship Fund, the American Cancer Society, and/or the American Heart Association.
