It is with sadness that the passing of Jacquelyn Minnix of Vinton, Virginia is shared. Jacquelyn, born on March 3, 1931 in Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on July 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Wall and Virginia J. Wall. She is survived by: her husband Roy Minnix; her sister Alice Rushbrooke; her children, Melanie Minnix, Keith Minnix (Sheri), Gail Clark (Drew) and Robert Minnix (Anita); her grandchildren, Amy Frye (Matt), Andrew Minnix (Sara), Joe Clark (Faith), Olivia Clark (Matt), Robert Clark (Morgan), Christopher Minnix and Carter Minnix; and her great grandchildren, Anna Frye, Harlan Frye, Cooper Minnix, Laiken Minnix and Trip Clark. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
They continued to deliver meals once or twice a month until the COVID shutdown in 2020.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church.
