He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Barnhart Keeler; his parents, Joseph McCauley Keeler and Nora Thomas Keeler of Vinton; and his brother Joseph Thomas Keeler (Margaret Keeler Wood). He is survived by: his children, Mark (Tina Keeler), Tracy Budd (Virginia), Steve (Kate Keeler), Virginia (Greg) and Anne Keeler (Virginia); and his grandchildren, Lauren Keeler, Holland Budd, John Budd, Mary Adams, Frances Keeler, Claire Keeler, Jo Keeler and Maggie Keeler. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
