He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Garrett; and his children, Robert Garrett (Chris), Deana Atkins (Mark), Lisa Price, Tammy Garrett Simmons (Bob), Cheryl Taylor and Vicky Waltz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
