She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kostrej and Ruth Kostrej (Gieger). She is survived by: her husband William John Adams, Sr.; her children, Rebecca Adams and William John Adams, Jr.; and her granddaughter Morgan Wood.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to pet rescue organization's such as Angels of Assisi, Roanoke Valley SPCA or your favorite rescue organization in the Roanoke Valley.
