She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Alderman; her son-in-law David Alderman Sr.; her siblings, Dorothy Heins and Danny (Linda Gray); her siblings-in-law, Nancy, Margaret and Gene Cornett (Brenda); her grandsons, David Alderman, Jr. (Samantha) and Britt Alderman (Traci); her stepchildren, Maynard Rice Jr. (Debbie), Phillip Rice, Maynard Rice, Cindy Mills, Denise DeSantis and Jane Reed; her caregivers, Rhonda Lapradd, Donna Baker, Dottie Flowers and Daniel Lapradd; her friends, David Lapradd, Avon Cawley, Pete Thompson, Connie Powers, Susan Wood, Virginia Burton, Rick Baker, Karen, Stacey Boothe, Mickey Greene, Mac St. Clair and Annie Pollard; and her niece Penny Mason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations in her honor to Jordantown Church of God, now known as Lighthouse Bedford Campus (https://www.thelighthousebiblechurch.com) or the Stewartsville Rescue Squad (https://stewartsvillerescue.org), two organizations that held a special place in the life of their community.
