He is survived by: his wife Vickie Levin; his children, Jennifer Nicholson (Eric), Jimmy Levin and Stephanie Hofer (Chris); his grandchildren, Connel, Alec and Barrett; his siblings, Joe Levin (Ida), Marie Waid and Marion Walton (Bob); and his close friends, Pam Leftwich (Lefty), Teresa Shepherd (Jim) and Mike Perdue (Jeanean). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
