He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara "Gail" Norris; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Spillman; his mother-in-law Kitty (Mark); his children, Eric (Kristin) and Alicia (Brandon); his grandsons, Corbin and Raynor; and his pets, Mandy and Mousey (Mouse). He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
