He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn and Jack; and his siblings, Mike, Ronnie and Arlene.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his granddaughter Casey; his stepson Jeff; his sisters, Becky and Sharon; and his friend Ryne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
