He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; his parents, Sarah Reed and Alfred Reed; his siblings, Zannie Reed, Garfield Reed, Lantie Beckner, Ethelene Ray and Joyce Howell; and his grandson Michael Keen.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Jean Truman; his children, Lori Fetridge (Martin), Mike Reed, Wayne Reed (David) and Chris Reed (Kim); his grandchildren, Jessica Gunzinger (Brent), Maddie Meadows (Philip), Dr. Leanna Smithberger (Matthew), Miranda Tate (Dan), Donovan Everitt and Keelie Everitt; and his great grandchildren, Addalyn and Grace Meadows.
