He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki Fisher; his father Lynn Colin Overby; and his brother Charlie Samuel Overby. He is survived by: his mother Annie Keeton Overby; his brother Anthony Wade Overby (Amanda); his daughters, Carissa Lynn Overby of Oklahoma, Jade Elizabeth Overby (Hailey Holbein) of Buffalo Junction, VA and Haley Virginia Overby of Virgilina, VA.; and his grandson Kyng Jayden Jones.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hitesburg Baptist Church (2215 Hitesburg Church Rd, Virgilina, VA 24598). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
