Bartel (Virginia Beach, Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bartel and Mollie Bartel; and his wife Dolores Bartel. He is survived by: his sons, Gary and Craig; his granddaughters, Haley, Carly and Jody; his daughter Shannon; and his nephews, Jeff and Doug Bartel.
