She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Proctor and Edith Haskett Proctor; her siblings, William Proctor and Shirley June Proctor; her daughter Carolyn Ruth; and her grandson Benjamin Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Womack of Suffolk, Marilyn Joan Ruth of Suffolk and Sherry Owens of Newport News, Virginia.; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Gough of Dumfries, Brandon Ruth of Suffolk, Hans Geblinger of Rochester Hills, Alice Laine Edwards of Franklin, Lee Bradshaw of Franklin and Amber Bradshaw of Franklin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
