He is survived by: his significant other Kim; his children, Kaylee (Nick) and Andrew Jr.; his pets, Ambrose, Abigail and Bart; his siblings, John III and Joy (Anthony Sr.); his brother-in-law Robert; his mother-in-law Shirley; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Chantelle, Savannah and Anthony Jr..
Memorial donations in Andy's memory may be directed to the Special Olympics in honor of his service with the Knights of Columbus.
