She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Phillips and Margaret "Peg" Phillips. She is survived by: her pet Riley; her husband Ron Spear; her children, Brittany Samulski (Christopher) and Logan Spear (Ruhi Srinivasan); her grandson Alexander Samulski; and her siblings, Susie Harrod (Byron), Jim Phillips (Connie), Rick Phillips and Chris Phillips (Sharon). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
