She is survived by: her siblings, Bernice Forbes (William), Alice Waller (Harold), Marquetta King (Reginald), Cathalene Moore (Marco) and William Cornick Jr. (Jane); her godchildren, Tawania Early, Andrea Ray, Michael Cornick, Bryan King and Janiah Gatlin; and her daughter Chanay Clarke.
