He is survived by: his children, Arland Eric Udo and Arleyne Udo Balam (James); his grandchildren, Jordyn and Kensington; and his sibling Cresencia Ramirez Udo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a valued member of the United Ilocano Association of Tidewater (UIAT), the Kahirup Tidewater Foundation, and the Fil-Am Veterans of Hampton Roads (FAVHR).
