She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Urbaniak and Helen Urbaniak (Erdody); her husband Frederick "Fred" William Tolley; and her sister Geraldine "Geri" McCarthy. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy W. Tolley (Denise) of Ohio and James E. Tolley of Va; her brother Robert "Bob" Urbaniak; and her godchildren, Kelly Wheeler (Urbaniak), Alicia Harris (Costea), Lloyd Pufnock and Richard "Rick" Urbaniak.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1396 Lynnhaven Pkwy, Virginia Beach, VA 23453).
