She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjorie Lee Ballard and Rev. Earnest Wilbert Flynn. She is survived by : her children, Stephen Ballard (Jessica), Verquita Hambie and Vernon L. Hambie II; her siblings, Ronald Ballard, Cynthia Tynes, Rickey Ballard (Roslyn), Madison Perkins Jr. (Valencia), Angela Jernigan, Veronica Cumberbatch, Scott Perkins (Tornette), Earnest M. Flynn, Charles Flynn (Brenda), James Flynn, Alvin Flynn and Claude Flynn (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Stephe'n Rodgers, Charisma Covington, Marzir Hambie, Nadiyah Hambie, London Ballard and Xola Ballard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
