“My love goes out to the family and friends of B.D. He was a loving and helpful friend to me in the early 1990s, when I divorced and moved to Va Beach. B.D. helped me to find the condo in which I'm still living, and he built a beautiful mantel for the modern fireplace wall that did not have one. We rode bikes and went to the beach with my young son, and we enjoyed the big oyster roast at Dam Neck. He took me on a Cock Island sailboat race, my first and only of that kind. Sail on, B.D.!”
