He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Ervin of Richmond, VA, Charlie Knight (Tanya) of Fairfax, VA, Michael (Song) of Virginia Beach, VA, Steven of Richmond, VA, Jeffery (Sharon) of Virginia Beach, VA and Judith Willis of Richmond, VA; his sister Earlene Brown of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Mike Jr. and Kimberly; and his sister Carrie. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
